Friday 6/9: Trip to LBI School for Orientation- 9am-1pm
HomeworkHomework will be assigned nightly (Monday- Thursday), and will consist of 15-20 minutes of reading. Students are encouraged to read daily and fill out their monthly reading log calendar. Please write the number of minutes your child has read each day. Our goal is to read 300 minutes each month! Reading log calendars will be checked every Friday. They now count as a Reading homework grade. In addition, Monday-Thursday nights, students will receive the daily math lesson assignment or basic math fact practice . These assignments should take no more than 15 minutes. There is no homework assigned over the weekend. Please check your child's agenda to view their assignments or notes from the teacher.
