The Work shall be conducted in the following phases, with each phase commencing and substantially complete on the dates as indicated:

Phase 1: Limited Prep Work, non-invasive installations, temporary egress and construction fencing - Work will commence within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of written "Notice to Proceed" and be complete and ready for the balance of work on the day after the last day of school (tentatively scheduled for 06-12-2026).

Phase 2: Work associated with the Addition - Work of this phase shall commence on the day after the last day of school (tentatively scheduled for 06-12-2026) and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy on 08-20-2027.

Phase 3: Kindergarten Classrooms and Corridor renovation work inside the Existing Building - Work of this phase shall commence during Summer Hours, from the day after the last day of school (tentatively scheduled for 06-12-2026) and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy on 08-20-2026.

Phase 4: Remaining renovation Work inside the Existing Building - Work of this phase shall commence on the day after the last day of school (tentatively scheduled for 06-12-2026) and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy on 08-20-2027.

Limited prep work and non-invasive installations, including but not limited to: Piping Installation, Conduit Installation, and other minor work that will not disrupt school operations, may be allowed to occur during the 2025-27 school years. Work shall be performed during evening hours, or weekend hours, or school vacation hours with prior approval from architect and owner. Work areas during the school year shall be cleaned daily to allow for occupancy the following day. Before commencing Work of each phase, submit an updated copy of Contractor's construction schedule showing the sequence, commencement and completion dates, and move-out and -in dates of Owner's personnel for all phases of the Work.

Project Substantial Completion: Work will commence within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of written "Notice to Proceed" and be substantially completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and Contractor’s Construction Schedule for substantial completion of the entire project including a Certificate of Occupancy for the entire building by 08-20-2027.
